Brainspotting is a body-based therapy that helps you process trauma, stress, and emotional challenges by working with how
your brain and body store experiences. Instead of focusing only on talking, it uses specific eye positions, called “brainspots”,
to access where emotions are held in the nervous system.

This allows your brain and body to naturally release tension and stuck feelings, even without needing to explain everything in
words. Many people find it helps them heal more deeply and quickly than traditional talk therapy, building emotional balance
