Candice Fry

Licensed clinical social worker

I started Align because I believe we all deserve to live in alignment with who we truly are, not just who we’ve been told to be. Over the years, I’ve sat with so many people who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and I know how hard it can be to navigate that space alone. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your path forward.

I’m a licensed therapist and coach with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, with advanced training in trauma-informed care, and my bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from UNLV. I’m also certified in Brainspotting and other evidence-based approaches. My work is grounded in helping people better understand themselves, manage what feels overwhelming, and move through stuck places with more clarity and confidence.

My style is practical, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” I stay engaged—I ask real questions, offer honest feedback, and bring a sense of humor when it helps. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. It can also be a space for connection, insight, and finding your footing again—whatever that looks like for you

Skills-Based Support Provider, Office Manager

MSW Advanced Standing Student | BSW (June 2026)

I provide trauma-informed, strengths-based coaching and skills-building support for adults, couples, and families. My work includes helping clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, goal-setting, communication, and relationship strengthening.

With over 13 years of experience working directly with children in school and home settings—particularly supporting individuals with Down syndrome and autism—I bring a comprehensive understanding of diverse developmental and emotional needs, which informs my coaching approach with families and parents.

Please note: I am not a licensed therapist. These services do not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions but are intended as coaching and practical skills support.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and alternative relationship communities, in a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space.
