Candice Fry

Licensed clinical social worker

I started Align because I believe we all deserve to live in alignment with who we truly are, not just who we’ve been told to be. Over the years, I’ve sat with so many people who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and I know how hard it can be to navigate that space alone. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your path forward.

I’m a licensed therapist and coach with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, with advanced training in trauma-informed care, and my bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from UNLV. I’m also certified in Brainspotting and other evidence-based approaches. My work is grounded in helping people better understand themselves, manage what feels overwhelming, and move through stuck places with more clarity and confidence.

My style is practical, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” I stay engaged—I ask real questions, offer honest feedback, and bring a sense of humor when it helps. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. It can also be a space for connection, insight, and finding your footing again—whatever that looks like for you

 Stephanie Dutson

Office Manager/Client Coordinator

I’m Stephanie Dutson, the Office Manager and Client Coordinator, and I’m currently pursuing a graduate degree in Social Work. My work is grounded in a deep commitment to walking alongside individuals as they face life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth.

I believe in the inherent value and dignity of every person. That belief shapes every part of my role—from managing the daily operations of our practice to helping foster an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and truly seen.

A big part of what I do involves setting clear boundaries and maintaining consistency within our office. These structures are essential not only for our team but for the stability and reliability that our clients count on. I know that healing often begins with trust, and that trust is built through dependable, supportive systems.

With a passion for helping others recognize their own strength and worth, I bring empathy, organization, and a collaborative spirit to my work. I’m dedicated to ensuring that every person who connects with our practice feels cared for, supported, and respected.
